QIB COM 31 is a tower development in Lusail, Qatar, distinguished by its curved glazed façades and warm-toned exterior cladding. Strong vertical lines define the tower’s profile, while the broad lower levels establish its presence at street level.
The entrance features a projecting canopy and tall glazing, creating a clear focal point at the base of the building. Rounded corners and contrasting façade finishes connect the lower levels with the tower above, giving the development a consistent architectural identity.
